    Wrong Item Sent, Seller Never Responded

    I bought the 5th Year Anniversary Wizard L bag in the color white, but they sent me black instead. I reached out to them for instructions on exchanging or returning the wrong item since I should not have to pay for return shipping on a wrong item that was sent to me. It has been over a week, and I have not received a response at all. I even reached out on their contact us page and have not received any updates.
